What is Foundation?

foundation [ foun-dey-shuhn ]

1. the basis or groundwork of anything
2. the natural or prepared ground or base on which some structure rests.

 
We all have a foundation from which we live our lives.  It starts, literally at birth, if not before.  Most of us don’t think about it much but it’s still there, absorbed, formed, and created; mostly without attention, intention, or cognitive engagement from us. Largely unacknowledged, but essentially it is all those thoughts, ideas, beliefs, mottos, ditties, understandings, etc. woven together that drive our actions, our choices.  It is from this foundation that we draw our strategies for living.  That foundation determines whether we are using strategies to survive, strategies to exist or strategies to thrive.  Is that something you want to leave to chance?
 
An example, you know the saying, ‘a picture paints a thousand words’ or ‘seeing is believing?’ Those might be a part of your functioning/foundation - those kinds of things often are.  But what happens when you incorporate a magician, photoshop, film editing or computer generated/enhanced stuff?  Does that break apart the foundation a bit?

That is what the Access Consciousness Foundation class is about.  Looking, in a very deliberate way at secret, hidden, unidentified or unacknowledged ‘foundational’ beliefs that stop us from having and being what we truly desire.  Breaking apart that which isn’t really us so we can have more of what is; moving us from existence and survival into thriving.   

The Foundation is a 4-day deep dive into YOU.  Whether this is just the latest in a series of personal growth explorations or your first look, the Foundation class will take on roadblocks and subtle patterns you might not even recognize are there.  You will be facilitated and there are tools, lots of tools.
You will know if this is for you or what you have been looking for.   Definitely, do not choose this if you need your life and/or you to stay as you are.
